We have taken this\ninto recognition and therefore request that writers in all fields should\nsubmit their manuscripts for proofreading.  We have also observed that many\narticles are difficult to comprehend by reviewers and editors due to poor use\nof grammar, which is a core component of any kind of presentation or writing.\nThis is as a result of the learning of English as a second language by the\nauthors of such article(s).
