This would require an instance on both enclaves, UNCLASS and CLASSIFIED.\n\n-\tBe able to see each item's contents along with submitter, date submitted and size.\n\n-\tLots of storage available with robust inventory/tracking system. You are not going to get a sources sought response from the project proper.
