[zurückgewiesen]  working_branch -> master  (kein Vorspulen)\n\n\nHowever, if I pass a false remote name to \"git fetch --quiet\" I get the \nfollowing:\n\n\n     $ git fetch --quiet ../git02false.git working_branch:master\n     fatal: '../git02false.git' does not appear to be a git repository\n     fatal: Could not read from remote repository.\n\n     Please make sure you have the correct access rights\n     and the repository exists.\n\n\nSo, I see inconsistent behaviour here.\n\n\nFurther, the \"git push\" behaviour with the \"--quiet\" option corresponds \nto what the user actually expects:\n\n\n     \"-q, --quiet\n            Suppress all output, including the listing of updated refs, \nunless an error occurs. Progress is not reported to the standard error \nstream.\"\n\n\nI perceive the --quiet option on git fetch as behaving incorrectly and \nwould like to file this as a bug.\n\nBest Rgs,\n\nPhil.\n"}]}
