I suggest\nto try it on ACPI monster merge and gits \"next\" branch. It's simplier\nto understand now (because of how the lines are highlighted when you\nclick on them). Well the latter is a hopeless maze anyway, but you\noften can see more of the patch description now.\n\nThanks!\n"},{"id":"16420","messageId":"20060219231215.545b1537.vsu@altlinux.ru","threadId":"3394","inReplyTo":"17400.23434.724188.649656@cargo.ozlabs.ibm.com","subject":"Re: New shiny gitk","fromName":"Sergey Vlasov","fromEmail":"vsu@altlinux.ru","sentAt":"2006-02-19T20:12:15Z","receivedAt":"2006-02-19T20:12:15Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"vsu@altlinux.ru","avatar":"https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/616082?v=4"},"body":"On Sun, 19 Feb 2006 22:50:34 +1100 Paul Mackerras wrote:\n\n> I just created a branch called \"new\" in my gitk repository at\n> \n> git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/gitk/gitk.git\n> \n> which has a new improved version of gitk which is much faster than the\n> old one and has a better graph layout algorithm. The new version, however,\nproduces something which does not fit even on a 1920x1200 screen (look\nat the bottom of the graph).\n\n> If you use -d to get commits ordered by date, you will need the latest\n> version of git-rev-list, which has the --date-order option.\n\nI tried this option - it changes some things, but does not fix that\nlayout problem.\n"},{"id":"16437","messageId":"dtb845$851$1@sea.gmane.org","threadId":"3394","inReplyTo":"17400.23434.724188.649656@cargo.ozlabs.ibm.com","subject":"Re: New shiny gitk","fromName":"walt","fromEmail":"wa1ter@myrealbox.com","sentAt":"2006-02-20T02:04:57Z","receivedAt":"2006-02-20T02:04:57Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"wa1ter@myrealbox.com","avatar":null},"body":"Paul Mackerras wrote:\n> I just created a branch called \"new\" in my gitk repository at\n> \n> git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/gitk/gitk.git\n\nThanks.
