Everyone with access to that folder will\nbe able to clone from or push there.\n\nThere is even an option in Git GUI for the initial operation:\n\nMenubar->Remote->Add, Fill in your information and choose \"Initialize\nRemote Repository and Push\"\n\nCheers Heiko\n"}]}
