In short twitter lets you subscribe to people by\n\"following them\" or topics via \"#hashTags\", say #git. You can watch\n#git to know what random people are telling about it but as somebody\nmentioned above, if this guy tweets everything from the mailing list\nwith #git, its gonna be a big mess.
