As well as\nfrom Git to Subversion. Without git-svn insanity.\n\nIt works like this:\n\n- Install SubGit into your repository on the server side\n\n- Let initial translation complete (time depends on the size of repository)\n\n- SubGit installs hooks into repository, so it translates every svn\nrevision and git commit\n\n- Committers may now use either Git or Subversion (or both) with the\ntools of their choice\n\nSubGit uses JGit to work with the Git stuff. JGit handles heavy load\nperfectly thus fitting our needs, and we appreciate efforts JGit\ncommunity put into this excellent library. Thank you, guys!\n\nSubGit EAP builds are free to use, you may try these and let us know\nwhat do you miss, so that we make sure that all the features you need\nare included into the final version of SubGit.\n\nSubGit works on Linux, Windows or OS X and requires Java 5 or newer.\n\nDownload new SubGit EAP build from http://subgit.com/ and follow us at\n@subgit and +subgit.\n\n-- \nSemen Vadishev,\nTMate Software,\nhttp://subgit.com/ - Two Way Ticket to The Dark Side\n"},{"id":"179869","messageId":"4ECCB6C6.8040200@op5.se","threadId":"29000","inReplyTo":"4ECBF4EF.7070705@tmatesoft.com","subject":"Re: [ANN] SubGit Early Access Program Build #789","fromName":"Andreas Ericsson","fromEmail":"ae@op5.se","sentAt":"2011-11-23T09:03:02Z","receivedAt":"2011-11-23T09:03:02Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"ae@op5.se","avatar":"https://gravatar.com/avatar/426e89595c75a8f5252dd0c989e5fabe5bcac616e68557427ad9aef6b0ca342a?d=mp&s=160"},"body":"On 11/22/2011 08:15 PM, Semen Vadishev wrote:\n> Hello All,\n> \n> Let me introduce our new project: SubGit (http://subgit.com/).\n> \n> SubGit is a tool for smooth migration from Subversion to Git.
