But this is not my problem.\n\nI turn the scroll wheel and the window scrolls up and down (which is\nexpected and good). But at the same time parts of the *content* of the\nwindow starts moving right and so make the (virtual) window broader.\n\nBest regards\nUwe\n\n-- \nPengutronix e.K.                           | Uwe Kleine-König            |\nIndustrial Linux Solutions                 | http://www.pengutronix.de/  |\n"},{"id":"159151","messageId":"1juqtpt.1dxkc9x1ho9gxzM%lists@haller-berlin.de","threadId":"26227","inReplyTo":"4D275F02.1030100@gmail.com","subject":"Re: bug in gitk: history moves right when scrolling up and down with mouse wheel","fromName":"Stefan Haller","fromEmail":"lists@haller-berlin.de","sentAt":"2011-01-07T20:24:33Z","receivedAt":"2011-01-07T20:24:33Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"lists@haller-berlin.de","avatar":null},"body":"Neal Kreitzinger <nkreitzinger@gmail.com> wrote:\n\n> Actually, I've wanted the ability to scroll left and right in the \n> history pane for quite a while. On the Mac it *is* possible to scroll left and right, and\nit absolutely drives me nuts, so I disabled it in my private build. \nI guess it's ok with a mouse, where shift-wheel scrolls horizontally,\nbut on a track-pad with two-finger scrolling, where you can scroll both\nhorizontally and vertically with a single guesture, it is completely\nundesirable.\n\n\n-- \nStefan Haller\nBerlin, Germany\nhttp://www.haller-berlin.de/\n"},{"id":"159187","messageId":"4D27AD21.9060205@gmail.com","threadId":"26227","inReplyTo":"1juqtpt.1dxkc9x1ho9gxzM%lists@haller-berlin.de","subject":"Re: bug in gitk: history moves right when scrolling up and down with mouse wheel","fromName":"Neal Kreitzinger","fromEmail":"nkreitzinger@gmail.com","sentAt":"2011-01-08T00:17:37Z","receivedAt":"2011-01-08T00:17:37Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"nkreitzinger@gmail.com","avatar":null},"body":"On 1/7/2011 2:24 PM, Stefan Haller wrote:\n> Neal Kreitzinger<nkreitzinger@gmail.com>  wrote:\n>\n>> Actually, I've wanted the ability to scroll left and right in the\n>> history pane for quite a while. What would be ideal is a left-right scroll bar like the \nup-down scrollbar.\n\nv/r,\nNeal\n"}]}
