But If I remember correctly,\nputting something like this into the config file *will* work\n\n[svn-remote \"svn\"]\n        rewriteRoot = svn://url/to/pubic/svn/server\n        url = file:///path/to/mirror\n\nAfter the initial import you could exchange the url with the rewriteRoot url\nand remove the later entry completly.\n\nSo have a look at --rewrite-root in the git svn manpage.\n"}]}
