Ofcourse, there are probably some bugs and many\ncleanup/ optimization opportunities- I just mean that it's\nmore-or-less stable for other developers to see and use. Now I have to\ngo back to working on svn-dump-fast-export. With the libsvn svndiff0\nparser ready, I'll re-iterate what remains to be done: When\nsvn-dump-fast-export sees a diff, it must pick up the latest version\nof the corresponding file from a blob that it wrote to the object\nstore to apply the diff to and write the result back to the object\nstore via fast-import. This task is VERY non-trivial, and essentially\ninvolves making fast-import provide feedback and making\nsvn-dump-fast-export aware of the Git object store. I'll try to finish\noff as much of this as possible within the next couple of weeks.\n\n-- Ram\n"},{"id":"147455","messageId":"AANLkTinSge3dygR93qLAC3+28QTU0O3mjYPKQV8+v7Cw@mail.gmail.com","threadId":"24667","inReplyTo":"20100808105232.GB2309@kytes","subject":"Re: [GSoC update] git-remote-svn: Week 15","fromName":"Sverre Rabbelier","fromEmail":"srabbelier@gmail.com","sentAt":"2010-08-08T20:13:47Z","receivedAt":"2010-08-08T20:13:47Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"srabbelier@gmail.com","avatar":"https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/3098?v=4"},"body":"Heya,\n\nOn Sun, Aug 8, 2010 at 05:52, Ramkumar Ramachandra <artagnon@gmail.com> wrote:\n> This task is VERY non-trivial, and essentially\n> involves making fast-import provide feedback and making\n> svn-dump-fast-export aware of the Git object store.\n\nCould you send a ping to the relevant threads of the patches to fast-import?\n\n-- \nCheers,\n\nSverre Rabbelier\n"},{"id":"147632","messageId":"20100810125628.GC3921@kytes","threadId":"24667","inReplyTo":"AANLkTinSge3dygR93qLAC3+28QTU0O3mjYPKQV8+v7Cw@mail.gmail.com","subject":"Re: [GSoC update] git-remote-svn: Week 15","fromName":"Ramkumar Ramachandra","fromEmail":"artagnon@gmail.com","sentAt":"2010-08-10T12:56:31Z","receivedAt":"2010-08-10T12:56:31Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"r@artagnon.com","avatar":"https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/37226?v=4"},"body":"Hi,\n\nSverre Rabbelier writes:\n> Heya,\n> \n> On Sun, Aug 8, 2010 at 05:52, Ramkumar Ramachandra <artagnon@gmail.com> wrote:\n> > This task is VERY non-trivial, and essentially\n> > involves making fast-import provide feedback and making\n> > svn-dump-fast-export aware of the Git object store.\n> \n> Could you send a ping to the relevant threads of the patches to fast-import?\n\nIf you still want this, I can dig up the relevant threads for you.
