Then I try to do this:\n\n$ cd binutils/\n$ git push ssh://repo.or.cz/srv/git/binutils/xnox.git --all\nCounting objects: 178357, done.\nDelta compression using up to 2 threads.\nCompressing objects: 100% (36896/36896), done.\n^Citing objects: 5% (8918/178357), 2.16 MiB | 483 KiB/s\n\nI terminate that, because my expectation is that\nrepo:binutils/xnox.git has access to all objects in repo:binutils.git\nand should IMHO nearly instantly creates refs for all branches cause\nnothing changed. Looking at this output it doesn't seem like my fork\nis reusing objects from the \"fork parent\" repo.\n\nWhat wrong? How am I suppose to use forks on repo.or.cz such that I\nupload just *my* commits and don't re-upload whole history again.\n\nPlease help\n\nThanks.\n"},{"id":"141024","messageId":"4BE247B3.8060704@redhat.com","threadId":"23591","inReplyTo":"x2r86ecb3c71004241233h97e3cf08l89aa4e6ef2fc4425@mail.gmail.com","subject":"Re: How to fork on repo.or.cz?","fromName":"Jason Merrill","fromEmail":"jason@redhat.com","sentAt":"2010-05-06T04:38:11Z","receivedAt":"2010-05-06T04:38:11Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"jason@redhat.com","avatar":"https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/266146?v=4"},"body":"On 04/24/2010 03:33 PM, Dmitrijs Ledkovs wrote:\n> Looking at this output it doesn't seem like my fork\n> is reusing objects from the \"fork parent\" repo.\n>\n> What wrong?
