Unlike\nsome earlier versions, OSX 10.6 can boot from a case sensitive HFS+\nfilesystem. Even if you do that, OSX (or maybe HFS+) still has issues\nwith unicode normalization described in the archive, but I haven't had\na problem with the normalization in practice.\n\nThanks,\nTarmigan\n"},{"id":"136493","messageId":"18121BB2-A8BE-411F-9CF0-EDDD12B31CB3@ee.ethz.ch","threadId":"22970","inReplyTo":"905315641003091359q4f7cd533o698ec507b9805e36@mail.gmail.com","subject":"Re: Modified files directly after clone","fromName":"Benedikt Andreas Koeppel","fromEmail":"bkoeppel@ee.ethz.ch","sentAt":"2010-03-10T06:47:24Z","receivedAt":"2010-03-10T06:47:24Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"bkoeppel@ee.ethz.ch","avatar":null},"body":"Hello,\n\nAm 09.03.2010 um 22:59 schrieb Tarmigan:\n> By default HFS+ filesystems on OSX are case insensitive so you see\n> problems like you described with the linux kernel source which has\n> different files named xt_TCPMSS.c and xt_tcpmss.c.\n\nthank you very much for the explanation.
