However, it DOES support CVS. It also makes\nheavy use of CVS's locking features (watch/edit).\n\ngit-cvsserver (or at least the version I have, 1.5.6.5), does not seem to\nsupport \"cvs watch\" or \"cvs edit\".\n\nAttempting to do a \"cvs watch\" results in:\n\ncvs watch on *xml\nserver doesn't support gzip-file-contents\nUnknown command watch-on at /usr/bin/git-cvsserver line 198, <STDIN> line 49.\ncvs [watch aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)\n\nLikewise:\ncvs edit *xml\nserver doesn't support gzip-file-contents\nUnknown command Notify 7200.xml at /usr/bin/git-cvsserver line 198,\n<STDIN> line 6.\ncvs [edit aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)\n\n\nAre there any plans on supporting these functions?\n"}]}
