The Gnus/Emacs\nsection needs a total rewrite, I think.\n\nHaving a separate patch acceptance tip is fine, but I do not think it\nbelongs to SubmittingPatches document, and the current text certainly does\nnot mesh well with its neighbours.\n"}]}
