An\ninitial proxy would be to use the most recent email address on the\nperson's commits.\n\nThe trick is automating the maintenance. In Git, content \nis king, and as such -e should look at the content. A person might have multiple\ncurrent email addresses, e.g. someone could send patches for one\nsubsystem from work and patches for something else from home, as a hobby.\n\nRené\n"}]}
