Besides the fact that  \nthe maximize button (the green `+' button that is part of Apple-style  \nwindows) does not do anything, I can't maximize the window on a 2nd  \nscreen even if I try manually.  Wild guess: I can't make the window  \nbigger than the maximum area usable on the main screen of my MacBook  \n(max area = screen resolution - area used by the Apple menu - (dock  \nhides automatically ? 0 : min size of dock)).\n\nWhether this is a bug in gitk or in Apple's port of Tcl/Tk (I'm still  \nunder Tiger btw), this is another story.  But if there's a known  \nworkaround for this issue, I'd be great if gitk could include it :-)\n\nSo I thought I'd let you know.  Just in case.\n\nCheers,\n\nPS: I've just checked and, yes, I have the same issue with git-gui.\n\n-- \nBenoit Sigoure aka Tsuna\nEPITA Research and Development Laboratory\n"},{"id":"66077","messageId":"20080121045207.GI24004@spearce.org","threadId":"11668","inReplyTo":"58195B8E-BBFF-4B4D-9986-2D46E5C5BB27@lrde.epita.fr","subject":"Re: gitk geometry bug on OSX","fromName":"Shawn O. But you are\nquite right, here on my Mac OS X system (Tcl/Tk 8.4.10) the maximize\nbutton doesn't do anything.\n\nI haven't tried Tcl/Tk 8.5 yet to see if this problem has been\nresolved by the more recent release.\n\n-- \nShawn.\n"}]}
